We currently have two Full-Time Breakdown Controller positions available. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals keen to develop their customer service skills within a 24/7 service provider.

The role is mainly phone-based providing breakdown assistance to our clients and liaising with local Recovery Operators.  The shift pattern is 2 days on/2 days off from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays with opportunity to work from home on occasions.

Full training will be provided and the salary is from £18k – £20k

Ideal candidates must:

• Have excellent communication skills
• Be confident on the phone
• Be a car driver or have their own transport
• Be PC literate including accurate data entry
• Pro-active, well organised and conscientious
• Reliable and flexible

In addition, the following would be an advantage:

• Basic knowledge of vehicles
• Geographical knowledge of the UK
• Experience of working shifts
